Actually I always loved the curves in the 200 and 300 or 400. It was kinda the fun, especially in the 2 and 300.
Reverse directions just to stay balanced.

Exactly, Jeff...I tell Rog my abs are still a bit sore from Friday and I can barely hold an L-sit ( though I can do V-ups ) and next thing I know we're doing L hang toes to the bar.
