OK, I need help from those that travel and this may help those that travel.

We all know how lame the hotel weight rooms are.

Give me some of your best WOD style workout that can be done at a hotel.

I did a search and none of the threads just listed off WOD's

Just list off some good WOD's. That way some of us can just cut and paste them into a word document and go.

Stair sprints. Hotels have awesome fire escape stairs. It is rare that anyone takes them, and most hotels are at least a good ten stories high. Sprint those a few times. Add variations that will incorporate some upper body work between sets.

What Ian said, but count the flights and each time you hit a landing do 10 reps of a body weight exercise...then run down to the bottom, run back up, bodyweight exercise, up to the next landing, bodyweight exercise, down. By the time you get to the top...you will feel like you worked out.

Hmmm...I posted a work-out from 5/5/06 that I entitled "Cinco de Mayo" which was up last night and is now gone. Windows gremlins?

Thanks Andy.

I really need to refine my searching skills.
I think there is just so much information it becomes hard to find what I was looking for.

Thanks everyone else for some great suggestions too.

It never hurts to have as many suggestions as possible. That is what makes this site so great.
The people and their experience.

i do this one when limited on equipment:

3 rounds of
pistols, alternating, 15 each leg
squats 50
lunges 20
jumping jacks 50
burpees 20

i rest one minute between each round. 3 rounds is a killer, at least for me....

from infinite intensity:
:30 burpees
:30 shadow box
3-5 rounds (so you work for 3-5 minutes)
rest one minute
repeat as desired, usually 5 rounds
