Finding right Weight amount

I am looking at this workout "Linda" and I know that I can not Bench or Clean the weights listed. For instance my weight is 150lb right now. My 1 rep max for Bench is about 115#.... I have no idea what my clean max is.

Re: Finding right Weight amount

Well, how much time do you want it to take?

Just take your max and do it with about 50-67% of them I would say more or less. 65 lbs for both sounds more or less good to me.
