I did the workout today b/c I usually follow a few days behind (400 meters lunge 4 steps then do 5 pushpresses). I used 2 1 pood Kettlebells for the first 18 minutes (1/2 lap). I modified it slightly and did 3 one-arm Pushpresses with each hand. Then, It seemed like a thunderstorm was about to start so I did a fast Farmers walk back to my car. I put the bells away. I then did 1/2 a lap with a 20lb duraball (medecine ball). I actually tossed the ball up 5 times. My pace increased substantially. Doing the med ball was much more challenging for my upper body, especially as I got sweatier and it started raining. It seemed to especially work my abs more when I had to reach and catch the ball.
