opinions on my power workout

hi all
just wondering what you think of this session for power

hang power clean n power jerk 1x5 -70kg
box jumps 1x8
Dumbell snatch 1x8 4 each side 30kg

no rest between any of the above until 3 r complete

rest for 2 min and repeat x 4 sets

finish off
back ext b/w 3x10
straight leg sit up wit slight knee bend 3x10 b/w
2 of these exercises are alternated so no rest in between 6 sets

session done inside 45 min including warm up
