nice work tim, 1.36 on the row is great (though I know you have a 1.30 in you)

20 reps of overhead squat is impressive, even with a lighter weight.

Hmmm...methinks I hear Minime in that voice...

1:30 would be tough. Maybe, though. Out of curiosity, why do you want to be over 200 lbs?

6/20/08:

AMRAP, 20 minutes:
-10 pushups
-10 box jumps, 20" box

I finished 13 rounds.

Then, swam 1/4 mile in roughly 14:30.

Re: Tim 2008 - The Importance Of Consistency

I'm moving the family back to Alaska. The last couple weeks have been completely filled with packing and getting ready. Zero hour is Monday morning early; hopefully we'll make it. I'm bringing along the kettlestack, set at 45 lbs, and some running shoes. I have high hopes of doing early morning campground WODs while we drive...we'll see. I'll check back in in a couple weeks.
