I had one for rings all upper body:

do max handstand pushups then do that amount of reps for:
~tuck planche pushups
~dips
~inverted pullups
~adv. tuck front lever pullups
~pullups

If you're feeling particular sadistic, you can do it in reverse ending with the vaunted rings HSPUs including a muscle up somewhere in the middle. Aptly named "The Workout"

...That is, of course, assuming you can DO a tuck planche and a front lever.

Here's one I've done a few times. I did this before I started doing the WOD's. My friend Jim came up with it.

I may try this again soon, now that am getting the kipping pullup. Albeit a slow and lumbaring version of it.

10 round for time.

1 round = 10 reps Deadlift, 10 reps push press, 10 reps squat, 5 pullups. All with 135lbs or 60kg and bwt on the pullups.

I power cleaned the bar on the last rep of the dl's in to the pp's then right on my back for the squats.

My best time on this is 41:10.

Is that standing or seating? I'm assuming standing since you don't want to isolate the forearm muscles too much. LOL.

I just finished this one:

For time:
60 ring push-ups
30 v-ups
50 ring dips
40 dead hang pull-ups

Quick and to the point... now I eat.
