Good WOD site

What are some good recommended WOD sites. I was doing CFFB for a few months but i want to switch to something that isnt as strength focused. Something more well-rounded. Any input? thanks.

Re: Good WOD site

Use the body weight WOD's located in the workout section. Or do some Muay Thai.

What are you looking for in your training?

I can't think of anything more well rounded then CFFB, IMO.

Re: Good WOD site

CrossFit Dallas Central (WFS) Followed CFDC until I joined here (WFS) last year. Both have great programming.

I liked CFDC because they listed more than just a simple metcon every day like most sites I found. Whatever you pick, stick with a single program.

Re: Good WOD site

CF New England (WFS) Is still one of my favorites when it comes to being well-rounded and all kinds of awesome. It is also home to the 2011 CF Games Team champs, and I'm pretty sure Ben Bergeron programs for Chris Spealler as well.

The Outlaw Way (WFS) is what I follow and LOVE and I'm seeing GREAT gains on

Re: Good WOD site

This is not one follow so much but we like to use wodshop.org It's a site that has compiled tons of WODS and categorized them. It will pull up a random WOD or from a category like triplet, bodyweight, chipper or whatever you choose. Kind of fun on open gym day to just push a button and see what pops up. Pretty cool

Re: Good WOD site

Dylan, check out CrossFit Connection. Excellent programing. I stumbled on it one day and like the method they use.

Re: Good WOD site

Does anyone know of anyone that programs warmup/wod/mobility on a daily basis? Because seriously, for a garage-gym-goer, that would be amazing!

Re: Good WOD site

I second CFNE and Outlaw-- both are awesome.

You can also check out GymnasticsWOD.com and MobilityWOD.com for some supplemental goodies.
