Re: Memorial Day Murph

Finished Murph in 41:17. That last mile nearly killed me. For me, the squats and push-ups were less of an issue. I focused on completing the pull-ups as quickly as possible though.
So it was like 10/15/30 for me.

My first time doing Murph. Partitioned 5-10-15. No weighted vest. Great WOD. Always enjoy the hero workouts

Re: Memorial Day Murph

I wasn't really in to crossfit when I did Murph so I didn't have a kip. All the pull ups were strict and definitely were the slowest part. My time was 45:50. I wonder what it would be now that I have my kipping pull ups..?

Re: Memorial Day Murph

My first time doing Murph I had to pass the 60 min cut off. I had pretty good run times, roughly 6 min each. But made the mistake of trying to complete one workout before moving on to the next. After the 100 pullups, I had no pushups in me and was breaking them into 2's and 3's by the end of it. Squats were probably the easiest of the 3. I'll make sure to break them up next time like you guys suggested...thanks!
