Re: Good WOD site

I've yet to find a site that will program all 3 wu/wod/mob. Maybe because the wu and mob is a little more specific to the individual.

I use to follow Crossfit Havoc's site...I loved his list of warmups, and he tells you which one to use for a no brainer solution (wfs): http://crossfithavoc.com/

Then I began to use this gymnastics warmup to strengthen some skills prewod(wfs): http://talktomejohnnie.com/wp-conten...cs_Warm-UP.pdf

Now, I use this warmup cause I find it really really loosens me up perfect for the olympic lifts (wfs): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPSAjx0OxMs

After wods: You must learn what mobility you need most. I tend to do more static stuff on my legs, but it doesnt matter, just do something. I sit in the bottom of the squat, or forward fold stretching hamstrings, sit with legs under you to stretch quads, sampson stretch for hips. C'mon yall, use this thing called internet to learn stretches if you really have no idea how to stretch?

I've learned them just fine for me, but I'm trying to help others with just a broad mobwod. I'd rather them do something than nothing. I do the stretches I need, then whatever is new on the calendar (started following a few months back, going day by day)
