I need some clarification here.
Is it run a mile first then do
21 BW bench presses in 10 minutes

or

run 1 mile and do 21 BW BP any order
with broken set bp, ie, 10 reps then run then
11 more reps?

James, I did this a while back and took it to mean that I needed to get the run and reps in, whatever the breakdown, within 10 minutes. By contrast there is a 30 rep bw bench challenge which specifies one unbroken set.

Good luck with it mate.

Cheers, kempie

I think it's run a mile, then do the 21 BP in under 10. Great challenge, the only one I can do successfully right now.
