Notes: RXed workout. Finished 15 out of 35 on the whiteboard. Did not go all out on the Metcon. I was not feeling it after two days of rest. No excuses.

WOD Metcon (Time)
Run 7.7 miles

Time: 70 minutes

Notes: Route through Inman Park, to Freedom Park Trail, to the BeltLine, to Piedmont Park, once around The Park, and back to Cabbagetown via the BeltLine.
7.7 miles according to Google Maps.
2nd workout of the day.
Probably went at 9:00/mile pace or so. Seriously? I guess it was really hot out.
