ok. another correction. I did 210 cycle 4 singles week (week 3).
Cycle 5 I wrote 210, i THOUGHT I was doing 220, but now realize, I did 225.
that is probably why im not recovered. I'd say I'm losing it, but apparently its been gone a while!

160#/4 dumped 5 bc some lady was screeching about the pix she was taking while bumping into my squat rack. Wth! I Felt Like Saying You Can Sign Autographs Later. Set the precedent for whole session. But really the deadlift, my dogs waking me at night and an improper deload are probably responsible.
