Appalling as usual, just can't balance on the way down no more.

Thanks Vic. It's actually the biggest thing that's improved since I gave up a certain habit 18 months ago. Was going to try it with 1 minutes rest next.

Rest day training. Without a big comp I don't see the point of doing it the so called right way and having rest days as I hate them.

Yep all out on number one, didn't bother with the thrusters.

1 mile run - wearing 10k vest - 52.44

Done unpartitioned the hard way. Switched to ring rows as slight elbow pain kipping with the weighted vest.
