Time: 22:30 - that does not include the rest time. This is what I did, but not was Rx...so many pull-ups!

Nice to see you getting back to it.

Also I really enjoyed all the pictures on your Japan trip. Looks like things are going well for you. I know Calgary is not in great shape so I am glad you seem to be doing fine

Warmed-up on the rower.

Barbell complex: 3 dead lift, 3 power clean, 1 jerk
2 times through - 155#

Clean and jerk:
155# x 2, 185 x 2, 205 x 2, 225 x 1 - all the way through, no misses!

Another complex: snatch balance, 2 over head squats
2 times through - 95#

Power Snatch:
95# x 3, x 2

Snatch:
95#, 115 x 2, 135, 155, 165(0 for 2) - I havent done any weightlifting work in months, so to get through this open gym with only a couple of misses at the end felt pretty good!

This is why you build the strength up at the start! Great day! After the lifting, I took a baseball bat and some balls and hit a few and chased them down. Fun!

Strength work hasn't been programmed for a while. Nice to have that tonight!

Dead lift - 4 reps every 2 minutes for 14 minutes
Loads: 275# - no touch and go, no hook or mixed grip...

"7 minute suicide"
AMRAP 7
1 hanging power clean @ 185#
1 burpee box jump @ 30"
2 and 2...
3 and 3...
Rounds: 6 - burpee box jumps were the pinch-point here...naturally!

Took another swing at working out yesterday....first time in a month!

Strength: 1RM strict press
Load: 175# - somewhat heavier than I would have expected to work up to after such a long lull!

Conditioning:
12 min AMRAP
14 right-arm, overhead, dumb bell reverse lunges
100m run
14 left-arm, overhead, dumb bell reverse lunges
100m run
Rounds: 3 + 3 lunges

Consistency has been a tough thing to come by for me lately. I never give up though!

Strength: 1RM back squat
Load: 315# - actually worked up to this pretty easily, still got some of that strength!

Conditioning:
3 rounds
1 min. assault bike for calories
15 sec rest
1 min double-unders
15 sec rest
1 min jump lunges
15 sec rest
1 min KB swings
90 sec rest
Reps: 97-107-93 (total of 297) - tiring, but a nice workout!

...see you in a month!
