Age categories in weightlifting?

My birthday is in a couple weeks and i turn 20 . Since junior is 20 and under , will i be considered a junior until my birthday next year where i turn 21 or only to the end of 2017?

Yes but i read that it is by the athletes birth year so im not sure if it mean that all 1997 athletes have until the end of 2017 as juniors or is it until i turn 21 next year

Birth year means end of 2017 otherwise it would have stated birthday or the day they actually turn 21.

I would check with them if you are unsure
