Talking Muscled up

Got my rings on saturday and tried a muscle up, didn't happen. I blamed it on the ME deadlifts that I pr'd on. So set up the rings monday afternoon and I hit it. I feel so giddy, like a little kid. I went on to do about 8 (not consecutive) until I could no longer hold a false grip. My buddy just got his first muscle up a few days ago on homemade rings, I promptly called him and let him know I was in the club. I'm a junkie, and the sores on the risk prove it. KS

Re: Muscled up

Way to go, Kyle!

I got my first MU last week, then wasn't able to do one again until last night.

Feels great, doesn't it?!
