Fran time

Hello to you all
I am 17/5'11"/160lb. I posted a few weeks ago saying that my best time on the Fran was 16:50 (22:41 the first time I ever did it). Well today, I tried it and finished in 8:57! Sure that may not be impressive for experienced crossfit monsters, but for me that's quite an accomplishment. I think the recent heavy wave (heavy fran/diane/elizabeth etc..) has really helped my strength levels and my pull ups, so now that these are no longer such huge limiting factors, I was able to speed up by a lot. Kind of strange though, because I thought I had plateaued (fran time was 16 something twice in a row) and now this.
Now I just gotta get those elusive multiple muscle ups.

Thanks Crossfit,

Dimitri Dziabenko

Re: Fran time

Actually, I think an eight minute PR is pretty stinkin' good.

It's one of my goals to get a less than ten minute Fran. My last (and first) attempt was about 23:45 if I remember correctly. Keep up the good work! I'll be chasing you down at eight minutes shortly. :stir:

Keep on rocking!!! That is awesome to see you dropping those times down like that.
