I feel like a real CrossFitter now...
So, did a MetCon today... It was the first time I have ever finished and not thought, "Good, but I ought to have pushed harder." I could barely speak even 10 minutes after finishing.
When I got home, my little brother saw me and asked "What was her name?"... I, confused, asked "Who?"... And he replied "The workout."
This was it:
5 rounds for time...
- 21 deadlifts, 135#
- 15 burpees
- 9 dumbbell shoulder presses, 20# (next highest pair available was 35#; too heavy)
