Anybody have experience with these, or thoughts in general? Saw them at Walmart the other day. Considering getting some for some variety and easy meals. But... looking at them they seem to contain a lot of things we are supposed to avoid. Like pasta and breads.

exactly! You just answered your question. They contain alot of things you are trying to avoid on macro level, bread & pasta. On a micro level, you'll find even more ingredients that you could do without.

Yeah Jordan's right...the food is decent, but gets old quick, unless they've recently expanded the line...and they put a bunch of extras that one would generally want to avoid....

Check out w/f safe http://www.theorganicbistro.com/ .

While I was in med school I was a research assistant for this company during the "development" phase. As they are geared towards blood sugar control, they likely are the closest thing to Paleo-Zone you're going to find in a frozen meal.

I have not ever eaten one, nor can I say I help decided what to put into them.
