Weekly challenge:
"Ultimate Rings Challenge"

12-9-6-3
L-PU (strict)
Muscle-Ups (anyhow)
Ring Dips (strict)

Fun part: the whole workout is done on rings. Every time you touch the floor you have to do 5 Burpees (hanging without setting your feet on the floor is fine) .
Note: Last MU you do not have to get down, once you are up in support start doing ring dips.
Post your time and number of Burpees you had to do.

Time: 22:11 + 80 Burpees

Definitely a lot of Burpees and planning every set. I have very low rings set-up so had to do all MU from L-hang position. Triceps are totally fried.
You're CRAZY for this one Alex

I really wonder if I have enough time in a day to tackle this one !

Great work Alex, 80 burpees is a lot less than I expect, maybe 45 minutes and 200 burpees!!

Re: RF_Guy Log

Thanks Scott!
Guys, I was thinking maybe we should do 9-6-3 instead? Please let me know.

Sorry my masochistic voice in my head will not let me now, would feel like I was wimping out of the real workout. Especially as you have shown us the way now.

I was afraid of that, but I can still do 9-6-3 tomorrow again and we can all forget about first version...

I will leave up to the rest of the guys, but however much of this I do , its not leaving my head.

We could just call the 9-6-3 version the 'Puppy Challenge'. :stir:

Are the burpees counted in the time?

I'm afraid I'll have to postpone this one just a little longer until I'm fully healed up ... can't wait to do it though, looks "great"

That's the spirit!
Bert, you just start the timer in the beginning and stop it when you are done with last ring dip. It might have been confusing since I asked to post both time and burpees. But that just to see how much each person suffered
