New back squat 1rm

Very exciting day, set a new squat max @ 235# with a nice deep squat. It felt so good to drive the weight up. I've been in crossfit for 4 weeks now and I'm so excited to see my strength going up.

Good for you. I've been squatting consistently for almost 3 years and I'm just now getting around 235.. feelsbadman. >
