Help Programing Lifting

I need to begin a consistent lifting program but im not sure how to schedule it. On tuesdays and thursdays i take a class that combines a light wod session followed by a military PT style session that includes lots of running aqnd bodyweight stuff, sometimes with rucks. The class lasts about 2 hours and leaves me drained for the rest of the day so lifting on tuesday and thursday isnt gonna happen. I like to take wednesday and sunday off(like CFFB). Also i have no squat rack. I was thinking of working on Oly lifting on monday and friday and use saturday to work on my weaknesses. Any suggestions?

Re: Help Programing Lifting

Do you have some sort of goal(s) What you listed was a mess I don't even know where to start. Sorry. Best I can say is buy some squat stands drop the class and come on back with some goals and start over.

Re: Help Programing Lifting

I just want to be all around stronger. But my schedule only allows me to lift on monday friday and saturday. Also no squat rack(i do intend on buying one when i get the money). I was think something like this:

Monday: Snatch
Friday:Clean and Jerk
Saturday:Lifts focusing on my weakness
