Between 0 and 60 grams. I'm not that much of a geek.

Re: My 7 months progress

After the holidays I gained 5kg for 14 days and 2% BF
Now everything is back on track.
My food log is gonna be very boring. For the last 3 days I ate this:

* breakfast - 800 grams of cream: 805kcal
* lunch - 10 eggs + 125 grams of butter:1755kcal
* dinner - 400 grams of pork + salad: 1350kcal
* water - 3-4 litres

This is what keeps me going.

Re: My 7 months progress

What is your meat and egg source like in Bulgaria? Factory meats like the US or do you have access to grass fed or pastured raised animals?

That's a very cool looking diet, but I wouldn't recommend it for us in the States unless one had access to very high quality meats. Too few veggies for me. How big is that salad at dinner?

PS I just realized while I was writing this I put down a pound of london broil lol.

Re: My 7 months progress

Do you have/had a fast metabolism prior to this or is all your progress down to this way of eating? That seems like a lot of fat (for myself) but you cant argue with the results so i just wondered whether theres a chance your just genetically lucky?

I'm genetically lucky to gain fat and also to drop fat.
The nutrition is the most important thing and after that the hard workouts.
I'm genetically normal person who put enough effort to get good results.

If you eat 10 000 calories you will gain weight and body fat. If you don't want to gain fat just count calories.

Only the fast carbs(sweets) and I eat a little now and then.
Thanks
