My 7 months progress

I'm on a very strict low carb-high fat nutrition for 7 full months now.
My carb intake for a day its not more than 30 grams. The strength is increasing.

Re: My 7 months progress

Why are you posting pictures of yourself in your underwear in a forum titled "Digital Coaching"?

Good squats and good presses.

That's a pretty drastic difference in body composition, nice job. 30g Carbs is amazingly low. How hard has it been to maintain that? And how have your WODs been going during that time?

I'm gonna write the meals from yesterday:

* lunch - 7 boiled eggs, 30 grams of butter, 250 grams of pork tongue, 1 big tomato
* dinner - 3 pork steaks, 50 grams of butter

Today:
* lunch - 2 pork steaks, 4 meatballs, 30 grams of butter, 3 peppers
