Huh. Ive struggled w a cold since sunday but didnt feel terrible. Just super tired after training. Forgot some microplates i couldve used for 104...said screw it try 106 im already over 103. I forgot also i paused 2 squats sunday...prob getting stuck w rack in front of mirror?

Eh. Ill prob do a deload week before next cycle. Although ive known i couldn't maintain 5#+ increases on everything. Maybe things are just harder now....as they should be. A young girl watched my bp triples....said thats heavy. If i never try ill never do.

I did rdls because I had a niggling back/side achy from benching the other night; thought I'd have less risk of aggravation with RDLS rather than SLDL (Im the only one I know that could hurt their side bench pressing. Old people.)

Idk. Maybe underrecovered still. DLs
close grip bench 3 sets one at 8 others not less than 5 to move up in weight. Finally got 97# last cycle. Who knows how long ill be working on 98#. Sucks being old sometimes.
