10 (3) with the tiny band. Way too easy, but If I move to smaller band I get none.

Down for the count with the migraine! My blood pressure was low. Gotta be hormone related. OB said, it could be til im 60.

Ministering to a lost and found person, who doesnt know the story of their life. She probably deserves to know; should I be the one to tell the story? I think she's worth it. Its a chance to reach out give people sisters they didnt know they had. Who am I to tell love where to go, what to do? We'll see.

I forgot I went to the doctor yesterday. BP was great.

The nurse weighed me, with the big weight on 100#. Pushed the little one all the way up, still rock bottom.
Nurse: "wait, WHAT?" pushed the little one back, put the big one on 150, pushed the little one up 2 lbs, 5 lbs, 10 lbs, almost 20lbs.
"Wow, can that be RIGHT? One sixty EIGHT?? Huh. You don't LOOK....." trailed off.
Me: "FAT??? Well I AM, one sixty eight."
I'm officially fat numerically speaking.

Trying a wider grip to jerk from here, very different, and focused on landing back foot first no tightroping. I think my elbows need to be pointing more down.
