These all kinda sucked jerkwise. My left trap spasmed right away and pain. Cut it at 57 not worth injury, all the cleans were pretty good, me, go figure.
I needed to squat but a monsoon cut the whole session.

My legs are pretty fatigued, not sore tho. Shoulder/back/rhomboid still bugging me. So, a front squat PR 60kg at the beginning of training (I failed w/65, not 62) and ANOTHER front squat PR 62kg AFTER training. Two PRs. ME, who always struggles keeping elbows up w/110#. I figured if I cleaned 60, obviously should be able to front squat it. 160# this am!

stretch & a back crack last night. Its PMS week. I might as well live in seattle, nothing but rain and humidity. Today's a training day, but crappy 100% humidity & rain, may not be able to train after work; heading out for 4th holiday tonite too.
