Tony's Log

Figure there's no better way to throw myself into the CF community then be open and vunerable and show my times/weights/stats here.

Stats:

Male 26
233#'s this morning in my skivvies.
Crossfitting for about 2 weeks now, known about it for a while but after reading the M&F I decided it was time to get off the couch and do the work.

Current goals:

Continue to see my times fall on benchmark workouts
Get my weight down to 190-200... Last time I can remember my smallest was 205 in college when I was doing BB'ing type workouts.
Find my abs or should I say lose my keg (part of this is narcisistic part of it is health related) I know they are in there.

Longterm:

I'd like to feel like I'm in good enough shape to attend a CF level 1 in a year or so. And maybe get out of my apartment and into a house with a nice garage so I can open up a small affilate and from there a box. I'm an IT guy but someone who has always loved strength training and I would love nothing more than help people get strong/fit all day long.

OHS - Workout

i'm a few days behind so today I did OHS for the first time and I'm addicted.

Bar -warmup

65-95-105-115-125-135

125 my shoulder gave out on the 3rd one on the way up. 135 it was starting to get weak again and the 3rd rep I hit but didn't make it completely below parallel. I think I need to do some stability work on the side to get my shoulders up to speed.

Looking forward to progressing and showing you guys what I got inside me.:stir:

Re: Tony's Log

9 rounds of cindy yesterday w/ jumping pullups. Man for a bodyweight workout that looks so... kind... It was a mean woman.

But lets be real are there any nice women in crossfit?

I need to work on my kipping pullups so I can start working those into the workouts.
