On 2 minute intervals, 10 rounds of:
15 squats
15 DB swings
1 suicide

DB weights and rep scaling:
Mark 25#
Missy 25#
Brad 30#
Brice 35#
Lisa 25#
John 35#
Adam 35# x 14 last 2 sets
Robert 45# x 10
Shawn 45# x 12

We shall bring this one back at some time in the future. Look forward to another interval workout next week...

In the spirit of "regularly learn and play new sports," Brad and I were back on the bikes again today, preparing for our adventure race.

Run 1.8 miles
Bike 4.8 miles
Run 1.5 miles

We went to the soccer park, where the ground was very soft, making biking nearly impossible, IMHO. We took one lap of the park on the bikes and then went out on the road for almost for almost 4 miles of "rest" before the second run.

I was going to do Cindy in Philly (insert your own Spitzer joke here), but the workout room didn't have a pullup bar, so I substituted lat pull downs.

5 pull downs (130 #'s)
10 pushups
15 squats

18 rounds in 20 minutes


Yesterday (3.13)

30 minutes on the elliptical

Jump rope
Plank shuttle (pushup position, then one hand at a time, move hands up onto bench, then back down...help me out a little if anyone can remember the real name of the exercise)
Mountain climbers
Pullups
OH tire stair run
WB situps
G&S squats
Burger flips
Parallette pass-throughs

20/10 x 4 once through, then 20/10 x 2 once through

Then, from CFPC, "Tanya"

SDLHP 75#
Ring dips

Push press 75#
15-12-9

Adam 18:54

Our "Tanya" times weren't very good compared to those posted at CFPC, but we did "Blackjack" first, so I'm sure that added some time.

We did have the privilege of seeing a very impressive body weight bench press today...315#...one rep...with spotter help...I hope the dude never has to do a pullup.
