I am more than a little bit freaky when it comes to shoe sizes (US9,6E), and was wondering if anyone makes width sized oly shoes? This seems like an ultra-niche thing, and highly unlikely, but necessary if any shoe is going to work better than Chuck Taylors for me.

A few people have said that dowins run wide. Do any others?

Thanks

When I was shopping for shoes I was told that the Do-Wins were the widest weightlifting shoe out there so I ordered a pair. I'm a size 10.5, 4E and the Do-Wins work for me but they are by no means what I would consider "wide" shoes. I can get my feet into them and they are almost comfortable (still a bit on the narrow side for me) but if these are the widest I can't imagine what other brands are like. I think it's probably such a niche market that there isn't sufficient demand for a true wide weightlifting shoe.

Thank You Chris!!

I'll plan on Do-Wins, when I get around to splurging on shoes. Good to know I'm not alone in my genetic freakiness. I don't think I ever expected them to really fit, but I'm glad you can make do with them. I'll really only use them on oly lifting only days, and stick to my new balance running shoes for most days. Again, thanks.

Roark,
Get the shoes. Those shoes have made a huge difference in my lifting. If you experience the same results I have you will never regret the purchase.
