Alternate WODs when Rehabbing Shoulder

Hey all - is there any way to find a list of WOD's that don't involve much upper body? For instance my trainer assigned me "Michael" the other night which is 3 Rounds: 800 m run, 50 situps, 50 back ext. Then I modified yesterday's WOD and did Star Jumps instead of Burpees. It really sucks to not get to do the regular WOD's, but I NEED to get this shoulder better - I've already been fighting this injury for almost 2 months.

Thanks!
Cat

Cat - interesting to see your post. I posted a similar question on the health and medical issues page today.

Good luck,

Re: Alternate WODs when Rehabbing Shoulder

Hard to help if you don't know what's wrong with your shoulder first?

Sometimes deadlifts, KBS, farmers walks, push ups, ring rows, etc are good for rehabbing a shoulder.

I have bursitis in my rotator cuff. I did find this today, which is a start!

I would focus on mobility and whatnot with bursitis.... generally you can just rest and it will get better.

If you aggravate it well.... there can be issues.
