Circuit of Death
Did COD today.
Went heavier than normal on the squats and throws to put more load on the legs and see what the result was on the rower.
Result is you still smash a sick time but its extra painful after.
Did 100kg squats and 20kg dumbbell throws then 1:30 on the first row 1:27 on the second on third.
Must admit had to have a spew after the second round and was in another world after the third.
