1hr 40:28

Wow that took some time, I advise some caution with this'n. Be conservative with your weight selection.

I did:

40kg sit up/clean and jerk
20kg thruster for wall ball
16kg swings
7kg tgu/lunge lunge (don't laugh)

I think I finally have down how you convert Kg which you UK guys use, to lbs which we US guys use. I think it is 2.2 lbs to 1Kg right? But I'm still having trouble with the time factor. 1hr 40:28 in UK is what in US time?

PainStorm III: (AcheSquall - pack modifications)

1. Sit up/clean and jerk complex - lie down, sit up to bottom of squat, grab bar, clean and jerk, set bar bown, sit down lie back X 17
2. Wall Ball X 76 Thrusters with 8lb dbs
3. Box jumps X 17 20" box
4. Pull ups X 76 singles
5. Swings X 17 12 kg kettle bell
6. Burpees X 76 this took for EVER!!!
7. Knees to elbows X 17 - I did 17 real honest to goodness KTE!!!! WOOF!
8. Push ups X 76 NO KNEES!
9. Squats X 17 - How can 17 squats make you feel like pukie????
10.TGU/lunge complex-tgu - lunge - lunge - lie down X 17 (I did not lunge. I'm not afraid to admit it.)

That was AWFUL good. But mostly it was AWFUL. I don't feel so good.
