Jeff -

Don't know if I should tell you this, but when we did the painstorm we only did 1 (or 2 in Graham and Karls' case) rounds of Helen for the warm up! And I'm pretty sure we rested longer than 2 mins before doing the military SOS!

In this light, 24:41 is an outstanding performance! What a killer workout though...

Ah well, looking in the testimonials section I see you had a rewarding date with Helen, so I guess it was worthwhile!

Hey, guys. Jeff had us do the Military SOS in Crossfit Class tonight. Don't know what times the Big Dogs got, but I did a scaled version for the "Pack"

Pull ups 5 10 20
KB Swings 25#: 10 20 40
Push ups (no knees): 10 20 40
Run 200m 400m 800m

26 minutes.

I just caught this thread and went back to see what the workout in question was - dayum, Gunny B, that's a mofo! Simple but brutal - designed the Marine Corps way

This one is definitely going into my list of killers to try when I have plenty of time for falling down gasping for air on the deck afterwards!
