Staying in the 200s

Hello all,

This question might be as simple as yes but Ill ask anyway. When your 200lbs and want to stay in the 200s, can your block count go up that high? Iíve read the "Zone" book by Dr. Sears and been to the CF main site about this and the highest i've seen is a 25 block count (the elite.) Ill take all the feed back youíve got.

If you want to be big and strong Zone is about the last thing you should do. 100% Paleo probably won't help either. Either way, there's no way you should be weighing and measuring anything you eat, unless you're weighing it in pounds.

Just eat lots of meat, eggs, vegetables, fruit, good fats, and dense carbs like sweet potatoes and oats. I need about 4000-4500 calories a day to maintain 210lbs myself, though activity level in the gym and in your daily life will make that number vary quite a bit.
