I thought I was the only one who ate diced apples with almond butter

Apples with almond butter absolutely rocks! That's definitely one of my favorites.

Stone the Berardi-ite heretic! Death to the unbeliever!

IMO, Cashew Butter is even better with apples than almond or peanut butter.

Tuna packed in olive oil is great if you like a lot of monounsaturated fat - you can get something 500 kcal in package, mostly olive oil! Word.

Robb's performance menu blueberry/coconut milk concoction is really good and pretty easy to make. Someday I need to try adding a good vanilla protein powder to that...

Cashew butter rules!

For those of us lactose intolerant types who don't care (that) much for soy, it's the creamiest thing we can get!

Collard greens...yum! Jesse, you must be from the South. I would prefer bacon grease to the nuts for my fat of choice. :-) Gotta try this one, I love all greens. New Years is coming up so get out your greens and black-eyed peas (zone proportions of course).
