Re: Bumper Plate costs

Can't really go wrong with the Rogue HGs man. I have a few and I really like them. I also have some Rogue color competition bumpers (which are awesome) but I think I would've been plenty happy with all HGs and could've saved a lot of money. 500lbs is getting pretty serious. Good luck bud.

Hello Eddie,

Just to clarify; In your spreadsheet you have Pendlay listed as the brand and our Troy /VTX as the line.

Troy Barbell should be listed as the brand with VTX listed as the line.
Also, our VTX plates are available from Rogue among others.

Pendlay is actually a line of our competitor Muscledriver with various models within the Pendlay line.

Best regards,
Paul
Thanks for clarifying that Paul. I've made that correction on my spreadsheet.

Awesome spreadsheet! Thought you may have missed this... http://www.fringesport.com/collectio...-bumper-plates (wfs). It has your 500 lb set instead of the 370 in the spreadsheet. Its in the "packages" tab rather than "weightlifting". Pretty darn good price at $725 shipped to you!
Thanks Anjali. Peter from Fringe contacted me about it and I've made an adjustment to the spreadsheet.

The more weight you order, the less you'll pay in shipping per pound. Shipping ranges from $0.37/# to $0.22/# for 350# to 1050#, respectively.

Compound decreasing prices to ship per pound with our additional volume discounts offered online, and here is how it breaks down with both versions of our bumpers. We have both light-industrial and industrial available now, and are also coming out with a 3rd version soon.

Light Industrial -
350# = $539.95 shipped or $1.54/#
700# = $993.08 shipped or $1.42/#
1050# = $1405.62 shipped or $1.34/#

Industrial -
350# = $662.45 shipped or $1.89/#
700# = $1184.83 shipped or $1.69/#
1050# = $1754.74 shipped or $1.67/#

Thanks for the explanation Mike, I appreciate it. Yeah when I looked at your options I really liked the Industrial version since it was about the quality level of bumpers wanted to stick with. I think the video helped a lot too.

Re: Bumper Plate costs

For what it's worth, the Troy VTX colored bumpers were pretty affordable and have held up pretty well over the past two and a half years in my garage/driveway.
