By your diet that amount of fat would be ok for someone who is trying to remain in the oxidative system for an extended period of time like a cross country runner, long distance swimmer, etc.
If your doing all that in one day your energy output is most likely higher than your caloric intake. You may be burning off most of that fat you ate but if your too far in a deficit your body is going to start going for muscle.
Try starting the morning with a banana, up the carbs, to 30-35 while lowering fat to 40-45. Increase calories by 250-300 and see how you feel.
