Thanks, John. I hadn't seen this site before, and I'm working on these lifts. I wish I would've seen it earlier--I injured my shoulder doing the clean and jerk.

I have seen a lot of D.J.s website, but have never came across that.
I reallly appreciate D.J. putting his energy in his website; he is a hell of a nice guy to do that.

Don't trust everything that guy writes...he is a little suspect.

I just got back from a very interesting seminar. Here is a quick little idea from the "World of Nutrition: Eat Three Apples a Day for weight/fat loss.

I will have more later.

That article, by the way, doesn't reflect what I teach now, but it isn't a bad way for people without any help (friends, coaches, videos) to attempt to learn the O lifts.

Again, more later, but it was fun to see that old article! I'm amazed...as always...how good training programs hold up over time...
