They look reasonable. The hard thing with dips, is some people will have shoulder pain the first time they do them and others can do them for years without pain and then later have shoulder problems from it that don't necessarily get better.

Hard to tell from this angle, but overall try to keep the elbows close in/tucked or at the most at a 45 angle from the torso.

With depth, think of breaking parallel with the top of your triceps. Going further down is OK for some, but excessively low may be bad for your shoulders. Don't bounce out of the bottom.

Depth and such is good. The main issue I see is that you are overextending on the drive up from the bottom as you fatigue. Focus on keeping the belly drawn in and avoiding the back arching.
