Workout of the Day Questions & performance regarding CrossFit's WOD

I worked my way up to 185 but then started feeling a burning sensation between my bicep and forearm. I switched over to dumbells and worked my way backdown. I did not notice it but after the workout I had trouble getting back to my vehicle. Great workout.
