Don't have a kettlebell, so I used a dumbell. Used a light weight 35 lbs., I need to buy heavier weights.

1in/1out on treadmill at 7 speed
43 reps = 2 minute dumbell swing
33 reps = 90 sec.
22 reps = 60 sec.
1in/1out on treadmill at 7.5 speed

Anyone else?

I didn't count my swings, but I used a 24kg KB (53lb) and I can tell you I was spent--especially my grip. I find that that is one big difference between the KB and DB on the swings.

Oops, I just realized the 1-10-03 workout was this:
Max set of pull-ups
Run 800 meters
Max set of pull-ups
Run 400 meters
Max se of pull-ups
Run 200 meters

Total time: 14.38, total reps: 25
