Karl,

Send me a private message if I don't post the workouts I did while on vacation in a day or two. I'm real busy at work, so I tend to forget a lot of stuff.

Kris

Karl, here's one that I did when the hotel had a dumbbell set. It was my own variation of Tabata This.

8 rd tabata of each, then move to the next
Dumbbell Swings
Situps
Jumprope
Squats

Could also throw in dumbbell thrusters and pushups. If there's somewhere to do pullups, there's obviously tabata pullups as well.

Cheers Scott!

Just trying to group some ideas together for minimal equipment CrossFit-esque workouts. I know we deal with pretty minimal kit anyhoo in the grand scheme of things, but these ideas rock for holidays.......'tis the season and all that!

Thanks.

Thanks for the great ideas. Just a couple of quick questions:

What is an HSPU?
What's a broad jump?

Thanks again!

David,

HSPU is a Hand Stand Push Up (usually against a wall for mortals)

My understanding of a broad jump is a two-footed standing jump aiming for as much distance as possible. I could be wrong though?
