Wednesday 12/07/11 WOD repeat

100 Burpee pull-ups for time (jumping to the bar)

Time - 26:25 PR! (75 done in 19:11)

(Previously did 75 on 11/27/11 in 21:59)

Praise God! Didn't think I would ever do 100 burpees, let alone burpee pull-ups. I'm a Big Dawg today - Glory!! Used Smith Machine for pull-ups - about 8" jump.

Saturday 12/10/11 WOD

“Wood” (Big D - Porch)

5 Rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
10 Burpee box jumps, 24” box
95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps (about 75#)
95 pound Thruster, 10 reps (about 80#)
Rest 1 minute

Time - 34:50 (actual run time-12:41)

Pack was less than I actually did. Worked out at home using machine and treadmill. Burpees are what slowed me down - all sets broken.

To match the Big Dawg intensity
Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
Run 400 meters
Deadlift 115-135 pounds, 21 reps

4 rounds + 2 Deadlifts

Unsure of the weight. Did it at home with the machine.

Wednesday 12/14/11 WOD

Resting 60 seconds between sets:
Bench press 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

Not sure of the loads because I did it at home on the machine and the weight is no longer legible, but max'd out on it. About 285 lbs.


Thursday 12/15/11 WOD


Pack:
Seven rounds for time of:
135 pound Clean, 3 reps (95#)
4 Handstand push-ups or 8 progressions

Time 9:00

Still giving hip a break.

20 Pull-ups
30 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood (54# dumbell)
40 Double-unders (80 singles)

Time - 16:35

Pull-ups and KB swings were all broken.
