today i got the word that casey burgener rack jerked 240 kg!!! i am impressed and had to share with my friends!! also grady and carla mcdonald came to mikes gym today!!! carla is the real deal and is going to be a great weightlifter. grady???? come on he is navy...what can i say!!! carla is a marine!!! ok, ok.....grady is great as well!!! both are LEGIT!!
