speed deadlifts - EMOM doubles, 2 sets each at 205, 225, 245

one strict MU attempt. feeling sick and it showed.

back squats up to 85% recent 1RM, then 8m EMOM at 85%

185x1 - this is about 85% of what i did at the total

then 21 reps at 185 in 8m, in sets of 3 rotating through with kimmie & amber

metcon
brenton - 5 rounds for time
100' bear crawl
100' broad jumps
3 burpees every 5 broad jumps

3 rounds in 10:40ish, had to get in the shower to get to work

11/5

touch & go clean triples - find a peak and then take 80% of it for a 5m EMOM

135x2, failed 3d

EMOM at 105

then "for quality" - 5 rounds of 10 abwheel roll outs, 10 strict pronated pull ups

it took me 15m to do 2 rounds, so, yeah. pullups in sets of 2 for the first 10, then second round i did 1 set of 2 and then singles because...weaksauce

still haven't finished this RXed. got through 3 of 15 ring dips in 13 effing minutes. failed the next 2 and was still on 3 of 15 at 15m so i decided to just stop.

high hang, hang, hold at bottom of snatch/OHS for 5s

then 5m EMOM of the complex at your peak
failed 100 from the hang in the first minute, dropped down in weight to 90 for the rest - failed one from the hang

accessory work - 4 sets of 6 suitcased reverse lunges each leg alternated with 6 bent over single arm rows each arm
used 45lb dumbbells, only had time for 2 sets

15m MU skillwork - still sore from dips on wednesday. wtf.

clean pulls - sets of 3, keep heels on ground
couple sets at 95 and 115
then 3x3 at 90% 1RM - 140lbs

12m to find 3RM clean & jerk

135x2, failed 3d clean
135x2, caught 3d clean on knee and dumped it forward

10m AMRAP
10 kb swings (1.5p) - 5 burpees - 1 jumping MU + 3 dips
rest 6m
10m AMRAP
250m row - 30 DUs - 10 walking lunge steps, 25lb plate overhead

didn't keep track of rounds but f dips - ended up doing 3 jumping MUs each round because i couldn't do a second dip.

well. cracked myself in the face with the bar on my first thruster. sat on the floor for about a minute, then finished. bridge of my nose is def swollen, hopefully won't bruise too bad.
