Site Keeps Kicking Me Off

Hi,
I've been trying to post to the Over 50 workout log and the site keeps kicking me off. I log in, enter my write-up and when I try to submit, I find I have been kicked off.
Can you tell me why I can no longer access the site?
Thanks,
Alden Hingle
