Coach Sommer has said recently that he can't give any kind of accurate indication of when it will be available.
We're all waiting (im)patiently to get our hands on a copy...

Sorry  ....Guess I found my answer!
Thanks Pat Janes !!

Yes, it has indeed become necessary to divide the book up into volumes; as it had become more of an encyclopedia than a book. At well over 700 plus pages (closer to 800 actually!) of densely packed, mostly never before seen material, it was far too large to sell as a single volume.

The first volume will be available shortly and, at $20 for the ebook or $30 for print, I will let everyone judge for themselves if it is a reasonable investment.

Yours in Fitness,
Coach Sommer

I can't help but wonder if everyone who is waiting with baited breath for this book is through all of the great stuff Coach Sommer has already put out on the web. Have most of you developed or progressed toward a planche, lever or free handstand, let alone a 2-minute L-sit or ring handstand?

I am still at square one on most (almost have a free handstand), and while I await the book as well, I have to believe the progressions already available on the web are good for at least a couple years if I ever get through them at all.

I also have the Navy Training institute's gymnastic training book promoted here, and it spells out a very good everyman's program; I think I would just like to have better facility and community available nearby.
