Rings in Power Racks - is it Safe?

Hello everyone!

I just added rings to my homegym equipment and tried them out a little bit...
what I am still worrying about is if I can actually be safe with them or if they might break my rack because it is not stabilized enough at the top.

I attached them to a Body-Solid PPR200X power rack like this

and I definitely notice a lot of wobbling along with instabilities or any kind of kipping. Now I definitely don't plan to do any real kipping movements on there, but I'm still worried if the whole thing might break apart from the instable pressure at the very top. Or is the wobbling normal and I don't need to worry about it too much?

Would love to hear about your experiences, best case even with the same rack .

Thanks!

There is no way this is going to break your rack made of metal bars. Wobbling is a different issue, but I think this looks fine. It's too low to the ground to get any significant kip going.

I like that it's open at the top. That's great for the top of your dip.

Awesome, thanks for clarifying! I don't mind the wobbling as long as it does not indicate the whole thing will break apart soon.

Keep the barbell loaded and it will be very stable! I have no issues performing skin the cat, weighted dips, and pullups from them.
